Captain of Capture

capture_1“The Captain of Capture flies in, makes children smile, makes parent’s hearts melt, and makes profits for pre-schools!”

We began our journey with this client by creating a marketing outline with several concepts for branding. The marketing outline also included; where, when and how to market the business – in layman’s terms, so he could implement the plan himself if he wanted to. We went to work creating the image of the Captain for him once he chose to go with the “Captain of Capture” concept – one of the choices in the marketing outline.

Our research told us what his potential customers were looking for, so we were sure to answer the – what’s in it for me? question. For the design, we created an appropriate look that spoke to someone who consistently deals with young children (a fun looking piece done in primary colors).
Over the years, we have developed mailing lists and have done periodic mailings for this customer, along with designing and providing all of his marketing materials, stationery, clothing and Ad designs for trade magazines.

This children’s photography business is now solidly branded in a fun way that clearly speaks to both his primary and secondary audiences. He is able to spend his time doing what he loves to do and he’s not struggling with marketing his business.

Dependable Dave

DependableDave_1Dave wanted to have a memorable logo that spoke to down-to-earth people. He also needed to be able to have it speak to several specific audiences using the same image but incorporating different text. We developed this logo which allowed us to change out the image & text between his hands.

We created all of his marketing materials, business forms, uniforms and truck signage, as well as coached him about networking (we are certified networkers here at Image Boosters!).

Part of this client’s plan included logo design, art services, promotional magnets, business cards and coaching services.

Dauphinais Concrete

Dauphinais_3This company had an existing business and they wanted to bring back to life another business – one that the family name was once well-known for. We worked with a concept that the owners had in mind when we created the logo and also during the design phase of each piece. Our job here was to listen to what the customer wanted to resurrect, to use the old photos they provided, and to create a design that was what they were hoping to see. Because we had been working with them already, we understood their personalities and knew what they were looking for. What we designed was just what they were looking for on the very first round!

We designed the logo, developed and provided the mailing pieces, created all of the stationery & business forms and designed their Ads. We tied-in all of their marketing materials, made them look good and allowed them to concentrate on what they know best – concrete!

Part of this client’s plan included logo design, art services, promotional items and all of the paper printing including; the business cards, letterhead & envelopes, postcards and business forms.

Hunter’s Grille & Tap at the Grafton Inn

This client bought an old building housing a restaurant, a tavern and lodging rooms.  He changed the name and needed a new logo and all of the marketing pieces that a restaurant needs.  Because the building was more than 200 years old and had the same name for most all of the time, I realized that he needed to honor what people knew and expected with the look and feel of the new name & design.  Here is the sign, the menu and his business card.  Note the logo, the descriptives and the modern, yet old look of the menu.

Happy Tails Doggie Day Care

“Because Dogs Need Friends Too!”

HappyTails_2 This client had just left the VP position at a large leasing company to start her own business, when she contacted us for some custom imprinted Frisbees to give out at the local dog park. She thought we were going to ask the usual questions for a promotional product order (what color, how many, by when?) and even stated on the phone that she didn’t need anything else but the Frisbees.

By the end of our first meeting, she contracted with us to design her logo, to research for an appropriate mailing piece, to design all of the signage and to quote on those Frisbees! We ended up designing/providing all of the above and worked with her developing the tag line too.

The postcard piece shown here was designed to be her mailing piece, business card and brochure all in one. She ended up accomplishing her one year goals for growth and clientele in just three months, all due to overwhelming response from her initial marketing piece! We made her look good and made the job of marketing easy for her, which in turn, enabled her to quickly turn a profit!
